Established in 1991, led by Brenda Killigrew, IDC offers a wide variety of sewing, dressmaking and tailoring courses. As well as classes for City & Guilds qualifications, there are also options for the hobby sewist.

We're proud to announce an exhibition celebrating the work of students and Alumni, mentored by Ruth Parkinson-Johns at IDC College Bromsgrove.
Through thoughtful exploration of ideas and textile techniques, the group has gently stitched their whispers into cloth.
This showcase invites you to pause, look closely and feel the subtle conversations held within each carefully crafted piece.
Textile Whispers at Forge Mill Needle Museum runs from Sunday 1st February until 6th March.
